Russell Crouch

Principal, Electrical Engineer

Russell graduated from Arkansas State University in 1989 with a bachelor of science in Engineering and is currently licensed as a professional engineer in 30 states. He began his career with an A/E firm and after years of experience as a project manager, business operations manager and in business development, he started his own firm and merged with Enfinity in 2006. 

He has extensive experience in the consulting engineering field including power distribution, lighting and communication systems design for healthcare facilities and other complex facility types. In addition, he has experience with fault current analysis, time current coordination studies and Arc Flash studies for new and existing facilities.

Russell splits his time between overseeing electrical design on specific projects and business development for the firm (he actually likes cold calls).

Russell and his wife live in Brentwood, TN with their 3 sons. When he’s not on a golf course, he’s either reading, traveling with his family or spending time with his sons doing scouting activities.
